Mecklenburg County will promote a culture of excellence in patient care through establishing a multidisciplinary Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) team.  The CPI team will provide education to implement standardized quality improvement processes throughout the Mecklenburg County Health Department’s (MCHD) operations.
